  • WHAT IS SHEERID?

  • WHAT KIND OF DOCUMENT(S) DO I UPLOAD IF ASKED?
  • You'll need to upload official documentation that shows your: First Name, Last Name, Medical licensing status, and Currently-valid date. It's understand that your main document may not include an expiration date. If that is the case, please upload a second document establishing you currently work as a medical professional.   • WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T PROVE I'M A HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL?
  • This rarely happens, but in the event you cannot provide any acceptable proof of validation, you won't be able to be approved to receive the offer. If you're currently employed as a healthcare professional, you should have access to a document that can be verified.
  • MY CODE ISN’T WORKING / I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY CODE YET?
  • You should receive your code upon successful verification. If you don't receive your code within 24 hours, please contact our Customer Service.
  • HOW DO I KNOW YOU WON'T SELL OR SHARE MY ID AND INFORMATION?
  • This is something Quiksilver and SheerID take extremely seriously. Your information is only used to confirm your eligibility. Your information is not rented or sold. Documents or images uploaded are not stored. Read Quiksilver's privacy policy and SheerID's privacy policy.
  • IS THE DISCOUNT VALID FOR ALL Quiksilver PRODUCTS?
